Moscow State Folk graphics museum was founded in Jan. 28, 1993 and opened in May 1993.
The museum occupies the 2-storey house of XIX century.
Total area - 500 square meters. exposition area - 301.7 square meters.
The total number of units - more than 6000.
The basis of the museum collection is the collection of its director, artist Victor Petrovich Penzin, supplemented with reconstructions of ancient sheets, as well as works by modern masters lubochnikov.
The collection includes: Early Russian engraving XVII - early. XVIII century. (Including the Bible Vasily Koren, 1692-1696 gg.); Splint XVIII-XIX centuries. Lubok 1812 (the works of Venetsianov, A.
